Their is a someone who is coming to the next SC3 who said they would be willing to bring the following...

Anything you want me to bring?

10-player Saturn Bomberman?

8-player N64 Micro Machines?

7-player Saturn Deathtank Zwei?

6-player Saturn FirePro Wrestling?

6-player Saturn Powerslave?

8-player SNES N-Warp Daisakusen? (new game released last year--only 8P SNES game in existence)

4-player 2600 Warlords or Medieval Mayhem?

5-player Turbo Duo Bomberman? (if somebody brings the software...)

Vectrex w/ 3D imager? (Madtronix, not original GCE)

I told him I would get back to him with what we decided. Looks like we need more TVs ;-)

And his name is Jason Bardis & he's totally cool & swell. :D

I'll likely be driving my Miata on party day, so I can't bring *all* of these items. The Vectrex + 72-in-1 cart + 3D glasses needs a little work before it's ready--I'm working on it. We'll see if that's ready for the big day or not.

Oh, and I have no portable TVs to bring... :]

Top of my list of 10-player Saturn Bomberman, but that will require your big fat TV to be able to see the teeny little Bombermen!

Thanks,
-Jason

There is generally a Vectrex w/ multicart at every meet, so unless something has changed you shouldn't need to bring a Vec system.

Also, I know the CC2 has 2600 Warlords on it. I'll need to verify that it has Medieval Mayhem. Though with the return of the Arcade Warlords there may not be much demand for it.

I think we can make room for 10P Saturn Bomberman; I've never seen it, myself. Besides, those huge CRT's from Rob's would be a nice companion for this.
I'm bringing N64 Goldeneye, there's been requests for it. So with 10P Bomber, Goldeneye, and our staples of Rock Band, O2 Smithereens and Warlords Cocktail, this is shaping up to be the 'Meet of Multiplayer' (you can use that, William)

I was thinking of using the two CRTs for the record-breaking attempts. People will want to see those too.

Otherwise, we can use them for 10P Bomberman, split the signal and send to both TV's. That way we won't have 10 players crowded around a single set.

What will we use for the record breakers, then? Commodore monitors?

I've got my 3 Commodore monitors and 2 regular TVs I can bring. I was thinking of using 2 of them for the record attempts. The T&F NES can go on a 1701, and the Galaxian 2600 can go on a normal TV. I was also thinking of putting the N64 on one of my other TVs that has stereo.

I'm pretty sure that I have an S-video connection & RCA audio connection for the 10-player Saturn Bomberman. Does that work w/ the monitors in question?

If the monitors don't have both S-video or yellow RCA inputs, let me know & I'll dig out my A/V cable to double-check its connectors.

Thanks,
-Jason

The monitors have s-video. I'm looking for an s-video y-cable so we can run two at one time.

Just an FYI that I did dig up the Saturn A/V cable & it is indeed S-Video + stereo RCA jacks.

It's on!!!

Thanks,

That's great, bring it. but we still need a "Y" cable - 1x svideo F to 2x svideo F then run M to M cables from the Y to the two TV's. I'm going to look for one tomorrow.

Trust me, it'll be awesome!
